• Positive minded to perform duty with excessive working hours.

• Proven at least 10 years leadership experience in Steel, Aluminum and Building Materials manufacturing company;   

• Worked as a factory in charge;

• Estimator work of medium to large scale projects within required time and cost parameters;

• Ensure that all OHS requirements are always met on site;

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions;

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

• Commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement;

• ERP experience specially in production and warehouse modules;

• Should have Lean Six Sigma certification/ training.

Over the years it has progressed as the largest single producer of aluminum products in Bangladesh. DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC always put best effort to employ the best human resources and now the company is looking for a motivated, organized, and creative individual for its Factory situated in Burirpara, Purba Narasinghapur, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.

The incumbent should welcome the challenges of developing factory planning, operations and production process by reducing wastage, cost, expenses & maximize profit. Renovate the resources & ensure its right utilization. 

Reporting to: Managing Director 

Employment Type: Contractual

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for efficient factory management which includes – administration, production, waste control, quality control, maintenance, HR, store, logistics and distribution management to meet the company sales target month by month.

• Accountable for supply chain planning – Raw materials, packing materials, stationery, spare parts planning and purchasing through central procurement processes in time.

• Plan and execute efficient logistics and distribution of finished goods and services.

• Plan and execute human resources for the factory.

• Development plan for the resources through training programs.

• Continuous development initiatives to reduce cost and wastage.

• Accountable for all warehouses stock keeping and systems.

• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

• Implement and maximize automations and ERP systems across the factory processes.

• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to top management.

• Dealt with various government organizations like Titas gas, REB, T &T PWD etc.
