Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any college or university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall factory production operations as per organizational policy and standard.
∎ Lead the team, supervise and train the junior colleagues/workers/operators and helper.
∎ Establish production structure, delegate task and accountability.
∎ Direct manage and supervise all phase of production.
∎ Maintenance, quality assurance and receiving all materials.
∎ Plan for raw materials and finished goods inventory.
∎ Implement effective system of control over wastage reduction, operating expenditure and manpower.
∎ Liaison with management and assist in the development of strategic plan for productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Education can be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

Salary: Negotiable
