Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully understand the products in ceramic industry.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target for the team and lead team of members.
∎ Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy for growth and achievement of sales target of the company.
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the company.
∎ Collect and analyze the information of competitor enterprises, including new product listing promotion, price, sales volume, promotional activities, market share analysis and so on, to respond positively and quickly according to the changing market conditions and the company's business direction.
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the country.
∎ Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge on computer operation and Microsoft office.
∎ Able to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented, target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast moving environment.
∎ Experience Requirements: Relevant working experience minimum 5 (Five) years in any reputed Ceramic Manufacturing Company.
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed in case of better experience.
