Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates with MSc. in Mechanical/IPE Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory operations, Production, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily production according to schedule and order
∎ Daily delivery report checking
∎ Checking daily DO summary
∎ Making the production schedule with Production managers
∎ Making the delivery schedule (considering pending DO and upcoming DO from marketing HO)
∎ Talk with transport for arranging vehicle and negotiation for fare
∎ Look after the attendance of subordinates (Leave, Late, Absent, Early out, Pending out)
∎ Communicate with maintenance department for any Preventive/Schedule Maintenance, Running Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance
∎ Meeting with production engineers to solve the bottleneck of production process
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of machine (m/c utilization check)
∎ Ensure good quality product with the help of Quality department
∎ Maintain Finished Good Stock
∎ Raw material stock checking (Imported & Local)
∎ Checking production floor raw material consumption Vs. Good production and rejection
∎ Checking & looking after different types of Bill for the factory (Food, Tiffin, Conveyance, Labor, Contractor, Night bill)
∎ GRN (Goods Receiving Note) checking of the concern factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 Years relevant industry experience will be given priority
∎ Excellent presentation & reporting skills in both Oral & written English.
∎ Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
∎ Should be a good team leader.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
