∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tailor shop, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being a Factory Manager, responsible for managing the employees and end to end operations using available machinery/technology and process norms to ensure smooth, efficient & cost effective Production.
∎ Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line supervisors.
∎ Communicate, coordinate and liaise with all showroom In-charge and other concern department.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for rejection/ rework/ customer complaints, etc. and take corrective and preventive actions to reduce in optimum level.
∎ Review the production process, raw material management, and waste control.
∎ Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to ensure on time delivery with engagement of internal / external resources as required
∎ Manage and coordinate daily/ weekly/ monthly production targets effectively and efficiently.
∎ Able to maintain factory floor discipline in a custom order.
∎ Able to supervise and lead the production team accordingly.
∎ Capable to calculate raw materials consumption and take preventive action for availability of raw materials with having close contact with all concern
∎ To be keep update the stock of fabrics, accessories etc. as regular basis.
∎ Able to develop the productivity of the production people.
∎ Ensure that the function operates in accordance with OHS and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and compliance issues
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming orders and take necessary actions for preparations
∎ Maintain good housekeeping, floor, and machinery cleaning plans.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management
∎ Able to work under pressure.
