Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Have experience working in the admin department.
∎ Experience in overseeing daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all facilities.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to ensure all facilities comply with local and national safety standards.
∎ Note: Candidates without relevant experience need not to apply.
∎ Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
∎ Knowledge of routine and preventive maintenance procedures.
∎ Skilled in using various tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
∎ Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify potential issues before they become problems.
∎ Excellent teamwork, and a proven track record of building trust within and empowering teams.
∎ Diplomacy, tact and negotiating skills are essential.
∎ Previous exposure to UN sector approach at field implementation level.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after the production center and all the operational facilities are maintained and fully equipped.
∎ Conduct preventative maintenance and identify if anything is needed to upgrade or replace.
∎ Ensure that all kind of visibilities are being took place and maintained accordingly.
∎ Make sure the sales and display room is remain in a decorative manner and well accessible for buyer.
∎ Supervise the security guard and ensure the office safety and security.
∎ Supervise the cleaner and make sure the facilities cleanliness regularly.
∎ Assist logistic department if any emergency support is required.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues.
∎ Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
∎ Report and address any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
∎ Assist in setting up facilities for meetings, events, and other activities.
∎ Regular record keeping and report preparation

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Location: Noakhali

Job Highlights:
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2024.
∎ The job location will be in Bhashan Char.
