• Strong knowledge of building materials and specifications.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, project budgeting , contract management.

• Basic understanding of national regulations and safety standards.

• Have broad insight into building, planning & property development.

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.

• Can read technical drawings well.

• Proficiency in office suites, office programs, AutoCAD, SAP.

A leading international convenience store chain, and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.

Job Purpose:

To ensure the effective maintenance and timely repair of civil, mechanical, electrical and supporting equipment including central generators, air conditioning systems, lifts and cold storage in order to support smooth and uninterrupted company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement technical and non-technical policies for branch buildings and HO(Head Office).

• Coordinate the shop renovation/construction projects with internal and external parties.

• Implement branch team building work plans and oversee the store building handover process.

• Organize the company structure by dividing the organizational components effectively with the respective functions and responsibilities according to established standards and timelines.

• Submit cost plan for renovating new stores, lease extension stores, focus stores and related renovations that fall within the cost limits.

• Carrying out periodic maintenance on civil, mechanical, electrical and supporting equipment (central generator, AC, lift & cool storage)

• Ensure that the team maintains confidentiality of company data and information in accordance with the Information Security Management System policy.

• Estimate the cost of maintenance and repair of civil, mechanical, electrical and supporting equipment (central generator, AC, lift & cool storage) as a basis for decision making for managers in choosing alternative work completion, whether it will be carried out by internal technicians or in collaboration with external parties
