Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up regular development fabric as per buyer needs.
∎ Develop new fabric ( Design) as per buyer given swatch or own design.
∎ Give technical support to the factory by a cam arrangement, knitting technique, dyeing procedure, finishing SOP, etc.
∎ Count selection for required GSM.
∎ Stitch length Selection for required GSM according to count.
∎ To solve bulk fabric various problems ( GSM, Dyeing fault, Knitting fault, finishing fault)
∎ Take corrective action according to the fabric problem.
∎ Analyze the fabric structure & give a decision it is production feasible or not.
∎ Work with sustainable project
∎ Weekly bulk meeting with merchant team.
∎ Move to the factory for follow-up or problem solve.
∎ Trend analysis
∎ Critical bulk fabric follow-up (Fleece, Slub, design etc)
∎ Give technical support to shade matching.
∎ Communicate with spinner for yarn price or fancy yarn.
∎ Give technical support to any test issue.
∎ To motivated factory people by discussing the global market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very professional and technical
∎ Minimum 5-10 yrs experience
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible
∎ Able to forecast/ identify problems and find quick solutions
∎ Good in Excel/ Word & Outlook.
∎ Written and spoken English is compulsory.
