∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following a well-organized quality system to check fabric defects, shade, shrinkage & issue correct quality fabric to cutting dept.and laminations by checking all customer requirements.
∎ Work closely with fabric mill while approving shade comparing with buyer standard.
∎ To solve all day to day production related issue and ensure quality product.
∎ To make guide lines for cutting department and lamination quality for maintaining quality of final product.
∎ Follow weekly & monthly production plan & make plan for fabric team accordingly.
∎ Liaising with fabric mill to solve any quality issue during production and help to get commercial approval from buyer where required.
∎ Claim settlement with mill while there are quality issues to provide best support to customer.
∎ Receive the order from buyer and maintaining database related with Fabric Quality.
∎ Fabric dyeing planning & maintain.
∎ Color matching and Control the online & offline quality.
∎ Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
∎ Sourcing fabrics from different countries & ensure fabric quality and negotiate price. Market intelligence.
∎ Fabric inspection by 4 point system.
∎ Make sure shade wise fabric group and issued to cutting and lamination .
∎ As per plan receiving the fabric and make sure cutting section inspection report & shade continuity.
∎ Involved in Product Research and Development & Process. Find out the fabric fault and solve it.
∎ Fabric Color Management by Spectrophotometer.
∎ Obtaining L/D approval based on buyer requirement
∎ Working with local fabric mill to dye .
∎ Polyester/ nylon fabric as per L/D approval
∎ Maintaining Bulk production dying as per L/D approval .
∎ Sourcing of new suppliers including greige fabric / foam .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Working with Bra manufacturing fabric or molding fabric will be additional advantage.
