Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: Capable to communicate in English, Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement processes to ensure fabric quality & color consistency across different types
∎ of woven & knit fabrics.
∎ Follow up fabric inspection, blanket preparation, shade band develop, shrinkage, skewness & bowing test & make a fabric report with all this information.
∎ Maintain the critical path for smooth production.
∎ Carry out risk assessment during development & pre-production meetings.
∎ Give the shade & fabric approval against the standard.
∎ Give the marker decision based on the fabric report.
∎ Give technical support to merchandiser for new fabric development.
∎ Conduct regular test of all physical & chemical properties of fabric according to buyer
∎ requirements.
∎ Coordinate with merchandiser team for fabric sourcing & pricing.
∎ Communicate & take up with supplier for any type of fabric issue.
∎ Work with cutting, sewing & finishing team to solve any type of issue arises regarding
∎ fabrics.
∎ Any others related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
