∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry, woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Line balancing & ensure line feeding as per layout.
∎ Daily Target & Achievement Analysis.
∎ Set line workstation layout.
∎ Every 30min production Monitoring.
∎ Make operation Bulletin & make paper layout.
∎ Making Thread consumption (If required).
∎ Check monthly update plan & New style analysis.
∎ Make monthly operator requirement.
∎ Make Style wise Machine, Gauge & folder requirement.
∎ For new style discuss with mechanic & production team.
∎ Skill matrix & skill upgradation system.
∎ Efficiency measure & develop.
∎ Root Cause analysis & Line WIP control.
∎ Sewing manpower reduction & Process video analysis.
∎ Make kaizen library & Process development & Finding 7 Wastage & Develop.
∎ Supervisor skill development training.
∎ Make new line machine & manpower requirement.
∎ Doing Time study, Method study, motion study, work study.
∎ Work in GSD.
∎ Creating Operation Bulletin before offer costing & make tech pack bulletin for costing.
∎ Suggest Folder, Machine & new methods.
∎ Quick response in machine breakdown & Follow-up line DHU.
∎ Given Problem solving theory.
∎ Supervisor on floor Job training.
∎ Overall quality & productivity improvement.
∎ Operation standardization & make video library.
∎ New concept implementation in sewing floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
