Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 55 years
  • Strong understanding of textile mill operations and production flow.
  • Good coordination skills with mills, QCs, and internal teams.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple productions simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (email coordination is essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
  • Willing to travel frequently to textile mills.

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of woven fabric construction, defects, and quality parameters.
  • Understanding of fabric inspection systems (4-Point System preferred).
  • Experience in handling bulk production approvals and quality follow-ups.
  • Ability to analyze production data and resolve technical issues at mill level.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate bulk fabric production with textile mills from order confirmation to final dispatch.
  • Follow up weaving, dyeing, finishing, and inspection processes at mill level.
  • Ensure fabric production strictly follows approved specifications, samples, color approvals and quality standards.
  • Monitor production timelines, capacity planning, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate lab dips, shade bands, bulk approvals, and production release.
  • Work closely with QC teams to ensure proper inspection and quality control.
  • Track daily production status and share regular updates with internal regions/teams.
  • Identify production risks, delays, or quality issues and ensure corrective actions.
  • Visit textile mills regularly for production follow-up and problem-solving.
  • Handle fabric merchandising, coordinate sample collection, labeling, and submission.
  • Support R&D basics and fabric development activities.
  • Conduct fabric inspection with American 4 point method.
