• At least 5 years of experience in food product export, with a total of 12 years of professional experience

• Experience in Bakery / Snacks Export sector is required

• Strong skills in export documentation, shipment handling, LC/TT, and international buyer management

Matribhumi Dairy Foods Limited (MDFL) currently manufactures and markets a wide range of sweetmeats, dairy products, bakery items, and snacks across Bangladesh. Beginning in December 2025, MDFL will start producing and marketing confectionery items, premium foil-pack cookies and biscuits, various types of bread and buns, and cakes. Additionally, MDFL is preparing to begin exports to various countries very soon. Other similar products will also be added based on market demand. In total, MDFL will operate across seven product categories.To manage the export operations for selected categories—biscuits, toast, chanachur, pasta, and related items—the company will appoint a Manager (Export).

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential buyers/distributors in Gulf, Africa, Europe, and Asian markets.

• Analyze international demand, trends, preferences, and competitor activities for bakery and biscuit products.

• Ensure compliance with global standards for pricing, product size, packaging, and shelf life.

• Communicate with international buyers via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and trade platforms (Alibaba, Tradekey).

• Send company profiles, product catalogs, and samples to prospective buyers.

• Onboard new buyers and develop long-term business relationships.

• Prepare Export LCs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Proforma Invoices (PI), etc.

• Ensure timely shipment according to the export schedule.

• Supervise export-grade packaging (foil packs, PET jars, carton strength, labeling).

• Align the production plan with export orders.

• Prepare export forecasts and market-entry plans for new countries.

• Develop international catalogs, brochures, websites, and LinkedIn marketing materials.

• Coordinate and execute B2B email marketing campaigns.
