∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Graduation in Business, or related fields from any reputed institutions.

∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Certification in Export-Import Management or related areas is a plus.
∎ Must have experience in export-import operations.
∎ Only Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export compliance requirements, and terms.
∎ Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and English Communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and export-import software systems.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide comprehensive support to exporters, including market research, buyer identification, and export strategy development.
∎ Demonstrate previous experience in managing the entire export-import process from start to finish, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and delivery.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities ensuring prompt response to inquiries and meeting their needs.
∎ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
∎ Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, monitor supplier performance, and address issues.
∎ Oversee the preparation and processing of export-import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
∎ Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation, shipping, and delivery, monitoring progress and resolving issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations for easy retrieval and auditing.
∎ We are currently seeking an experienced “Export-Import Officer'' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export-import processes, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of export-import documentation requirements. This role will involve providing comprehensive support for export-import operations, managing buyers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
