Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with project management and development team to identify quality assurance steps/requirements for individual projects
∎ Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
∎ Identify issues and write detailed bug reports during the development cycle.
∎ Documenting all issues related to tests and test failure and sharing the results with the team.
∎ Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
∎ Assesses customer requirements and ensures these are met.
∎ Takes full ownership of client/project requirements.
∎ Generate historical analysis of test results.
∎ Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
∎ Prepare Support Documentation, such as the User manual, Training manual, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Need to understand and convey both viewpoints of the Developers as well the Stakeholders, Performing the role of a mediator.
∎ Should have strong communication skills, verbal and written
∎ Knowledge on QA automation tools is a strong plus
∎ Should come up with ideas for improving the ongoing process.
∎ Must be proactive, hard worker, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
∎ Back-end database testing in DB environment including validating stored procedures, jobs and triggers.
Salary: Tk. 125000 - 200000 (Monthly)
