Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer needs, focusing on IT infrastructure solutions such as CCTV, IP PBX, structured LAN, and Wi-Fi systems.
Work under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer to prepare and present customized technical proposals.
Design and propose integrated IT solutions, ensuring they are scalable, cost-effective, and meet customer specifications.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight product capabilities.
Provide pre-sales technical support, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer queries.
Assist in conducting site surveys and preparing system designs, BoQ (Bill of Quantities), and project plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements when designing solutions.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to enhance the company’s offerings.
Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
Support the Chief Operating Officer in analyzing customer feedback and providing input for future product improvements and strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Vendor certification in CCNA, CWNA, CCTV & Surveillance, MTCNA are highly preferred.

Product & Solution Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise networking, CCTV, IP PBX, Wi-Fi, data center solutions etc.
