Job Context:
∎ Yellow, the premier fashion brand of Bangladesh, is looking for the Position for Visual Merchandiser with below requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and maintain feature display, merchandise presentation, as per VM guides and responsible for all the displays in the store, implement and maintain the brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency.
∎ Implementation and execution of the idea, and creating an eye for VM at the store level is critical for effective visual merchandising.
∎ Maintaining higher standards, of international level VM , to meet the competition.
∎ Vendor management in terms of timely and quality delivery, for window installations.
∎ Incorporating multiple thoughts and ideas flowing from all functions, at times creative conflicts might arise, skillfully resolving them.
∎ Ensure timely completion of seasonal windows and in-store displays
∎ Dressing mannequins & making use of available spaces.
∎ Creation of customized /special windows according to seasonal changes
∎ Identify local vendors to reduce costs in co-ordination with VM Production.
∎ Use appropriate styling techniques and the correct visual elements in relevant areas to aid customers.
∎ Have an awareness of competitor activity and trends in Visual Merchandising
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 Years of min experience in handling store VM, Fashion school graduate. Good communication and influencing skills and good hold on VM concepts.
