∎ Masters/MBA Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing & Execution of visual merchandising for the company plaza and assigned area.
∎ Ensuring the execution is in line with the store's brand, products and target market.
∎ Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
∎ Installing and setting up in-store product displays according to Guideline.
∎ Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
∎ Liaising with sales team to maximize sales through new BTL plan.
∎ Occasion wise special event plan & execution.
∎ Ensure POSM execution & materials availability.
∎ Submit monthly ISM report of assigned areas.
∎ New Product First Sales Activity to create hype in surrounding areas.
∎ Plaza Location Hunt According to Guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced on electronics industry will get preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill.
