Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical information and support to the farmers as needed.
Provide feed performance report on a weekly and monthly basis.
Monitor the performance results of own & competitors’ products.
Solve emergency technical problems at the field level.
Arrange a technical seminar with farmers at the field level to exchange technical knowledge.
Motivate the farmers to develop new farms.
Training and development of sales staff as well as farmers.
Collect and analyze data from the field and report to the management.
Organize technical service meetings regularly.
Any other duties to be assigned by the management from time to time.
