  • Ability to build and maintain dealer/ customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • RI & PDI reports collection from the warehouse and submitted reports to the principal.

  • After delivery of the harvester, collect the warranty registration from the field and complete warranty registration in respective software or by mail.

  • Installation & delivery of training reports collection from the field & submission to software or send by mail.

  • Warranty claims collection from the field and submits the warranty claim to the principal in respective software.

  • Preparing of all kinds of documents to adjust remittance against the warranty approval claim.

  • Warranty failure analysis and report to supervisor and principal to develop product quality.

  • Preparing requisition of spare parts for import from the principal.

  • Sourcing local spare parts suppliers for urgent spare parts support.

  • Distribution of spare parts from central WH to all branches against their demand. And regularly update the spare parts stock of all branches against their sales.

  • Collection of MRR for local and foreign purchases for keep recording.

  • Monitoring service engineers to provide prompt service support to customers.

  • Follow up mechanic movement activity to proper utilization of manpower.

  • Area coverage analysis to improve service and increase customer satisfaction by providing population/location-wise manpower.

  • Area wise planning to conduct free service camp and driver training program to increase company reputation.

  • Arrangement all kinds of training programs for field forces to develop their technical skills about the product.

  • Regular tour plan monitoring of field force for proper implementation of the plan. And preparing advance tour plans for the field force to insure customer service.

  • Collection of daily reports from the field to prepare the final report for submission to management.

  • Preparation of job done report and submit it to my supervisor to send it to NH & management.

  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities.
