• Experience field: Sales & Marketing in Agro-based industry/Cattle Feed
• Minimum working experience in a Supervision role 3 to 5 years.
• Note: If you`re experienced in agro product sales (Cattle/Fish/Poultry feed) previously in our mentioned areas, we`ll encourage you to please apply.

• Monitoring and coordinating the activities of sales officers & Dealers, Monitoring and ensuring sales per unit of products.
• Achieving own territory`s secondary sales and targets
• Collecting market information and monitoring the activities of competing companies.
• Daily action plans and information related to target-level achievement should be informed to the sales administration daily through SMS.
• To monitor whether the sales representatives are informing the sales management daily through SMS about the daily action plan and the information related to the achievement of the target levels.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
• Target new and existing accounts for new business
• Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Achieve sales target within the specified market
• Maintain long-term business relationships with existing customers
