Context:
The Executive/Sr. Executive – Sales Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient showroom sales operations through accurate reporting, manpower monitoring, incentives management, and operational support. The role oversees attendance, roster, daily movement, and performance tracking of showroom personnel while coordinating closely with sales, accounts, and HR departments. Additionally, the position handles sales reports, financial document verification, training arrangements, digital updates, and logistic support to enhance overall showroom efficiency and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports as per business requirements.
Prepare and share Target vs. Achievement updates through sales tracking reports.
Assist the HOD in sales budget preparation and achievement evaluation.
Prepare the monthly sales incentive sheet and ensure timely disbursement by the Accounts Department.
Check and verify bills, vouchers, invoices, money receipts, and other sales-related documents.
Provide operational support to the Accounts Department as needed.
Monitor and control attendance & roster of showroom personnel.
Track and maintain daily movement of showroom staff.
Keep updated records of showroom insurance, trade licenses, fire extinguishers, and other compliance-related documents.
Ensure effective logistic support for the sales & distribution team.
Support HRD in the recruitment of sales personnel and assist with manpower planning.
Prepare and maintain the monthly joining and resignation status of employees.
Develop employee skills by arranging training, meetings, and development programs for BRL employees.
Stay updated on the company Facebook and website posts to ensure timely sharing of new updates or promotions.
Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and developing effective formats.
Provide timely troubleshooting responses for sales or operational issues impacting the showroom team or customers.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Head to support overall business operations.
