Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct pre-production of handsets for R&D and prepare reports accordingly (smartphones/feature phones).

• Prepare detailed test reports including failure mode identification, analysis, and recommendations.

• Plan and execute testing activities for new models, engineering samples, and mass production units.

• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues found in sample products.

• Maintain the product ordering process for mass production.

• Coordinate with Process, Quality, and Production teams to confirm failure reproduction and validate corrective actions.

• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities from concept to mass production.

• Collect required software, service manuals, and necessary kits from suppliers to resolve handset-related problems in factory production.

• Identify problems and repair handsets (Knowledge Level-1 & Level-2).

• Maintain R&D process documentation, SOPs, and reports.
