Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree in Marketing/ DVM/ Animal Husbandry/ Fisheries, rich experience in sales and marketing is Preferable, and Good English is required.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing,Sales Executive

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Poultry

Job Context:
∎ Professional Marketing & Selling knowledge is required and working experience in feed industries(Fish Feed) is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proposal preparation & negotiation the terms and conditions of sales with customers as per sales guideline.
∎ Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales, leads and analyze the client's needs.
∎ Ensure own sales targets are met set by department head.
∎ Collect Client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Deal with clients and collect feedback of clients as and when necessary.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Gather Market and industry information and achieve target within the deadline.
∎ The candidate has to be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
∎ Positive attitude. Awareness of time and data management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sales, Marketing, Business Development experience is required.
∎ Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Poultry, Livestock area is preferred.
∎ Good English is a must.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
