Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proposal preparation & negotiation of the terms and conditions of sales with customers as per sales guidelines.
∎ Call to existing clients to capture sales, leads and analyze the client's needs.
∎ Collect Client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
∎ Deal with clients and collect feedback of clients as and when necessary.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Gather market and industry information and achieve the target within the deadline.
∎ Collect and exchange information with sales representatives over the phone.
∎ Positive attitude. Awareness of time and data management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sales, Marketing, Business Development experience is required.
∎ Agro-based firms (incl. Agro-Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Poultry, Livestock area is preferred.
∎ Speaking the English language is mandatory.
