∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Electrical
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Electrical Technician Permit
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical/ Electronics, Electrician
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out electrical installation and maintenance work related to all systems and equipment of the plant, workshop, office block, and staff accommodation as required by the factory operations.
∎ Carrying out periodical and daily checks as assigned by the production manager.
∎ Periodical testing and maintenance of the fire warning and firefighting system for its readiness
∎ Repairing electrical components and equipment of the plant, workshop, office block, and staff accommodation as instructed by the production manager
∎ Carrying out a new installation of equipment, modifications in the installed equipment, and wiring as and when required.
∎ Other jobs assigned by the production manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2 years of proven experience in a related field.
∎ Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
∎ Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
∎ Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
∎ Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
∎ Valid license to practice the profession.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrician, Experience in Related Field, Feed production, Machine Operators, Mechanical, Operators
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro-based firms (incl. Agro-Processing/Seed/GM), Feed Mill, Feed Industries
∎ Can listen, speak, read and write English.
