Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and
∎ evaluating advertising.
∎ • Monitoring responsible area's dealers and achieving sales targets
∎ • Sound knowledge about Building Materials
∎ • Must have to good relationship with valued properties owner
∎ • To visit dealers, retailers, markets & organizations frequently for generating new
∎ sales and retaining existing sales.
∎ • Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and try to keep them
∎ satisfied with service and good promises
∎ • To make monthly working plan to achieve target easily
∎ • To visit and meet new retailers to generate cash cow
∎ • To make daily, weekly and monthly plan to exceed sales goal
∎ • Travelling extensively to visit potential clients, establishing new client base, and
∎ follow up on orders for existing customers
