Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop innovative fabric following new trend research and new idea generation.
∎ Developing fabric as per buyer's given specifications and according to customer requirement.
∎ Analyzing fabric construction, risk assessment and fix up all parameters by discussion with factory development team and taking all preventive actions for bulk production.
∎ Analysis of fabric development costing.
∎ Control and update the production status of running development by regular co-ordination with production & marketing team.
∎ Regular intimation to marketing & merchandising team as well as to customer if there is any call out or limitation found.
∎ Review of fabric quality and communicate with buyer for approval of different types of fabrics quality.
∎ Meeting with concerned personnel at factory and merchant team as well as customers to fix up all parameters and quality in primary stage.
∎ Conducting testing lab and analysis of test report by keeping strong communication across all the teams.
∎ Fixing the process route of new development to meet the customer quality fabrics standard and solve technical problems during development stage.
∎ Proper clarification of problem and find out the sources of problem & immediate solution.
∎ Sample order planning and execution based on delivery plan.
∎ To ensure the same quality parameter maintaining in bulk production.
∎ Checking the finished fabric's quality and conducting laboratory testing to fix a new quality fabric.
∎ Do trial in case of quality failure to meet the requirement and set up the SOP for bulk production.
∎ Decide appropriate action plan and give instructions to the team in order to reach conformity level.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have knowledge in Knitting R&D.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence and analytical skill
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
