• Ensure all quality system and procedure is functioning properly.

• Assists the in-charge to ensure the measurement chart, trims sewing and color swatches are according to the buyer’s standard and available in every sewing line for easy reference of the QC inspector.

• Complete and submit quality control report accurately on time and accordance with the established procedures.

• Assist the supervisor & in-charge to check the pilot run and 1st output all details against the sample comments from buyer, pre-production meeting and technical files.

• Check report is updated being prepared by the supervisor, the rejected reports as per buyer, style, color and size for the replacement of fabrics.

• Discuss quality issue and critical points particular style before bulk production to the quality in-charge and supervisors.

• Check the pilot run and 1st output all details against the sample comments from buyer, pre-production meeting and technical files.

• Ensure all measurement points and workmanship within the buyer standard.

• Provides technical assistance, guidelines and training to the subordinates.

• Visually compares work pieces against one another to assess/defect manufacturing variations in process.

• Maintain discipline and keep good working environment in printing.

• Maintain good & frequent efficiency.

• Maintains records of inspections and prepares list of defects.

• Take corrective action upfront when the in-charge and supervisors raised the quality issues to prevent future defects and inform the production concern people.

• On job training to the QC personnel, continuous training on “how to measure & how to identify the defects on the garments, both minor & major.’
