∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Skills Required: Familiar with SAP ERP system
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Accessories, Garments Industry, Purchase Department
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
∎ Managing smooth liaison with listed/non listed supplier.
∎ To ensure goods with competitive price with schedule timeline.
∎ Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
∎ Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
∎ Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment’s, accessories, trims, goods and machineries.
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and implementing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Ensure Data Entry accurate and transparent on SAP/other’s software.
∎ Provide necessary Data and report to Department Head and Finance Department.
∎ Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
∎ Any other related task assigned assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
