Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge about products like jacquard elastic, woven elastic, knitted elastic and raw materials.
∎ Good knowledge about the elastic knitting & weaving process.
∎ Analysis the elastic and find out material specification like yarn type and count & rubber, spandex type and count etc.
∎ Develop the elastic as per buyer requirements.
∎ Material consumption between team & buyer and update to superiors daily basis.
∎ Prepare daily report, weekly report & monthly report of development status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation skill .
∎ Perfect proficiency to read, write and speak English and Bangla.
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
