• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field from any reputed university.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Age At most 32 years

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in sourcing and procuring electrical items, such as industrial lights, control panels, circuit breakers, motors, wiring, and electrical tools.

• Strong knowledge of electrical specifications and technical evaluation of items.

• Familiar with local and international electrical vendors and pricing trends.

• Skilled in negotiating rates, delivery timelines, and payment terms with electrical suppliers.

• Capable of managing documentation, purchase orders, and inventory for electrical stock.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Skills & Expertise: Electrical Procurement | Technical Specification Analysis | Vendor Management | Cost Negotiation | Inventory Management

• Procure electrical machinery, parts, and consumables required for factory operations and maintenance.

• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders for electrical items based on department needs.

• Evaluate technical specifications and ensure the quality and compliance of purchased electrical goods.

• Build and maintain a strong vendor base for electrical items to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

• Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and inventory tracking for all electrical purchases.

• Work closely with the maintenance, production, and engineering teams to understand electrical material requirements.

• Maintain market awareness for electrical innovations, prices, and new suppliers.

• Any others task as assigned by management.
