Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline / BSC in CSE.

Candidate should have good command in English.

Have to work under pressure.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead and execute the implementation plan for our ERP software (Logic Software Ltd.), participating in all assigned phases of the project lifecycle.

• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and facilitate process workshops to ensure the ERP solution meets business needs.

• Data Management & Consultation: Consult with department heads and key users to collect all relevant data, ensuring a smooth and accurate implementation.

• Solution Design & Integration: Identify, develop, and integrate effective ERP solutions to meet predefined business requirements, working closely with the technical team.

• User Training & Support: Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users on specific ERP application modules. Provide ongoing post-implementation support as needed.

• Module Expertise: Utilize deep functional knowledge across key modules, including Merchandising, Planning, Commercial, Inventory, Production, AOP (Annual Operating Plan), Printing, Trims, Yarn Dyeing, and Bag Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of ERP software, preferably Logic Software Ltd.

• Advanced technical expertise in data analysis and reporting is a must. The candidate must be highly proficient in

• Advanced Excel 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with departments and train users.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a project-based environment.
