Land, Lawyer, Liaison, Regulatory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle all the legal issues regarding land and to handle all Legal Issues of the company.
∎ To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, Corporate and real estate issues.
∎ Review all contacts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself.
∎ Assist in purchasing of land property.
∎ To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, POA etc.
∎ Have to Review and draft contacts, agreements and internal policies.
∎ Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation
∎ Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Labor Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law.
∎ Drafting skill in Bengali & English is must.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Good communication and liaison skills are mandatory.
∎ Willing to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes.
Salary:
