Must have hands-on knowledge of QCO, SMV, line balancing, and method study.
Good understanding of sewing operations, WIP control, and production workflow.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with IE software/tools.
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating times and improve efficiency.
Prepare operation bulletins, machine layouts, and manpower requirements.
Implement methods to reduce waste and enhance productivity across production lines.
Collaborate with production, quality, and planning departments to ensure optimal workflow.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency.
Support capacity planning and line balancing activities.
Participate in new product development and sample approval processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for process improvements and standardization.
Assist in training production staff on new methods and process updates.
Hourly production monitoring as per line target.
Collect NPT of every line from the concerned supervisor.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives: Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Work Study teams to ensure smooth style changeover.
