∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Skills Required: Spinning Mills Production.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all the IE process.
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout.
∎ Follows up time- study, capacity study, production study.
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and line supervisors.
∎ Set base target, semi-critical & critical operations.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Preparing SMV wise layout target.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Preparing workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
∎ Ensuring combined production report.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standard.
∎ Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with planning department.
∎ Continuously follow up bottlenecks report.
∎ Start new style after learning cap-wise production target fix.
∎ Head to head cost prepare/monitor/follow up.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good command on English.
∎ Must have good skill over MS-Office application.
∎ Knowledge of Production ERP
