Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive-IE(Costing-Woven) who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing casual denim and kids wear. We invite energetic and results oriented professionals with the proven employment track records to work under friendly and highly professional working culture.
Having Experience to maintain 30-line SMV Costing (Based on sketch, tack pack, image) before & after order taking.
Experience of making operation breakdown in platform (ERP Soft wear)
Create process wise Database SMV with video.
Updating the SAM Database based on method improvement
Work out with sample section to reduce SMV.
Ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability before sample making.
Reduction of SMV by construction simplification related to seam and method without affecting the actual appearance of sample.
Profit loss analysis.
Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
To make operation bulletin & layout.
Target setting for particular style with paper layout.
To make line wise daily, weekly & monthly efficiency report.
Maintain hourly monitoring board & efficiency board.
Follow up the factory production efficiency.
To improve & utilization of resources for productivity (WIP).
Find out style wise SMV by Time study & making Graph.
