• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Problem solver, Troubleshooting with advanced understanding of workstation Hardware, Operating Systems and Software.

• Network setup and management, Cyber Security, CCTV Setup and Management, Servers and such ICT Infra Maintenance, Basic Codding, Command Prompt and PowerShell, Data Analysis etc.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.

• Strong analytical ability.

• High level of professional integrity.

Job role: The employees will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations. They will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and maintain ICT infrastructure. Additionally, they will contribute to disaster recovery readiness and collaborate with colleagues across job locations and departments.

Key deliverables:

• Provide user support throughout the factories.

• Ensure network and all other ICT infrastructure high availability.

• Set up and Manage CCTV system (Camera, NVR, IPTV etc.)

• Create Documentation, Logs, Report etc. as per requirement and collaborate with the ICT Team pro-actively.

• Take up Development initiatives for enhanced ICT Operation.
