Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
∎ Perform background and reference checks, maintain staff profiles and verify staff data and documents.
∎ Prepare, update, and implement HR policies, procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
∎ Maintain and prepare job description of required manpower, transfer of employee, promotion and job enlargement of management staff.
∎ Candidates must have In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labour laws, Rules, and best practices.
∎ Maintained, kept & updated personal files for newly appointed and existing employees from time to time.
∎ Maintained and manage separation procedure (Clearance & Final Settlement).
∎ Support in attendance, leave, and payroll management.
∎ Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
∎ Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
∎ Assist in the implementation of the annual performance evaluation process.
∎ Support senior management in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Ensure proper conflict resolution practices and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
