• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, BSCAH, or any other relevant discipline.

Position Summary

The Executive / Sr. Executive (Field Officer) – Operations will be responsible for executing field surveys, implementing marketing policies, gathering and reporting market data, and achieving monthly sales and collection targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to work independently in field environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to collect and analyze market data, trends, and competitor information.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for various operational activities.
• Collect and report daily market price information to the reporting authority.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for sales and collection.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, ensuring timely and complete reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
• Coordinate with the central operations team to ensure alignment with company policies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
