Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Textiles

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric Finishing, Production Management, Yarn Dyed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Dyeing & Finishing section productivity & quality for all shifts.
∎ Coordination with related departments to achieve the targets.
∎ To give dye line to daily plan, batch preparation and PH check.
∎ Smooth functioning of the department and ensuring no production loss due to any reason.
∎ Capable to achieve the daily /hourly Target
∎ Ensuring timely delivery.
∎ To rectify the finished fabrics which are rejected from the quality control department.
∎ To study dye and chemicals nature which is delivered by the manufacturers and apply them correctly to the production to get the best production.
∎ Ensure efficient use of resources (material, manpower, machines)
∎ Work to improve safety record by addressing employee safety issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ He must be competent as a shift in-charge.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
