Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure nationwide smooth distribution & customer service.
∎ Monitor the inventory level and allocate stock for all customer to meet up with uninterrupted product supply to the customer.
∎ Develop a self-monitoring system to reduce distribution costs and minimize return.
∎ Coordination with Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Production Department.
∎ Develop various reports for Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Distribution Dept with SAP.
∎ Prepare route plan & priority setup for supply product to the customer.
∎ Submit monthly/weekly requisition of product and maintain minimum stock level.
∎ Direct the activities of logistics division and collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the optimal time.
∎ Conduct market research to learn about the demand for different goods and decide appropriate quantities of items to stock.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with Dealers, Customers, Stock, Logistic & Field forces (sales & Marketing)
∎ Communicate with dealers and sales person for dispatch.
∎ Well Conversant with SD Module in SAP
∎ Check for Customer's return product, shade replace, slow/ non moving products.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
