Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and executing strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard new dealerships or distributors in target markets.
∎ Utilizing digital tools such as CRM software, online directories, and social media platforms to research and identify potential dealer partners.
∎ Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for dealer expansion and growth, including evaluating competitor strategies and market trends.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with existing dealerships, providing support, training, and resources to help them achieve sales targets.
∎ Negotiating agreements, contracts, and terms with potential and existing dealerships, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and operations to support dealer initiatives and resolve issues.
∎ Providing product training, sales materials, and marketing support to dealerships to help them effectively promote and sell products/services.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing dealer performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Developing and implementing incentive programs and promotions to motivate dealers and drive sales growth.
∎ Conduct regular meetings, calls, and visits with dealerships to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns or challenges.
∎ Managing dealer accounts, including maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and managing inventory levels.
∎ Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for dealer partnerships.
∎ Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential dealers and promote products/services.
∎ Providing leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices in dealer management and sales.
∎ Upholding high ethical standards and compliance with company policies and regulations in all dealer interactions and activities.
