∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 24/7 availability to reach BRACNet.
∎ Receiving phone call of clients.
∎ Done primary troubleshoot within the scope and escalated when required.
∎ Generating complain ticket which contains all details of client problem and forward it to the concerning department.
∎ Closely monitoring BRACNet network. Generate tickets, SMS for internal communication and contact with vendors (NTTN, IIG, LSPs, Operators etc.).
∎ Working with all departments (Technical, Sales, Billing, Admin, Store etc.), zonal and field engineers for coordinating the overall task to be done successfully.
∎ Attend every query / complain mail in a timely manner, reply / escalate within minimum possible time.
∎ Follow up every closed ticket with clients and continuing the process until the client makes happy.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
