Commercial, Customs Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C, Vendor management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Communication with overseas suppliers, negotiation with suppliers,s and finding new suppliers.
∎ • Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release, etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ • Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs & VAT department, etc.
∎ • Follow up on Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ • Communicate with the transport agency for carrying goods from Chittagong to the warehouse.
∎ • Make entry of the imported goods to ERP
∎ • Communicate with confirming bank to add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.
∎ • Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
∎ • Negotiate with the bank for the preferential exchange rate for Import.
∎ • Follow up on Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
∎ • Closely follow up on all commercial processes execute in a timely and cost-effectively.
∎ • Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import activities and inform management as required.
∎ • Any other job assigned from time to time by the management.

∎ • Experienced in Commercial, Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Import Commercial, Logistics
∎ • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure.
∎ • Excellent communication skill and literacy in computer.
