• Minimum 05 years experience on Dyeing Lab.
• Should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills & have capability to work under pressure.
• Should be good team player and target oriented.
• Should have good communication skill.
• Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.

• Responsible for supervision of all testing activity.

• Supervise all kinds of correlation as well as proficiency tests up to result along with arranging to send the tested specimen & test report to related Client/organization.

• Responsible for managing and supervising the employees in the team, including providing directions and feedback, ensuring on-time work completion and approving leaves.

• To ensure proper chemical dosing of Dyeing, ETP, Cooling Tower, DM Plant etc.

• Must have knowledge for proper operation & chemical handling of Dyeing.

• To ensure water quality look after and keep record of water test report.

• Must have knowledge to keep every day`s record of ETP, WTP & Dyeing.

• Candidate should have experience in Knit (Dyeing Finishing production)

• Time management skills and Strong work ethics.

• Data analysis and multi-tasking skills.

• Attention to detail and process oriented.

• Ability to proactively contribute to a positive office environment.

• Proficient in ERP, Computing and MS office.
