Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA from reputed foreign/local public/private universities
∎ Professional Education: On-campus/Online study/certification on e-commerce, sales, digital marketing/sales, channel /partnership management and analysis/analytics will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
construction Product, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Real Estate product, Trading
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customers, present value proposition/USP of our digital marketplace.
∎ Formulate and execute sales strategy plan to achieve monthly target.
∎ Maintain customer’s account from our platform and train customers with the know-how of our marketplace.
∎ Building rapport with the SCM/Purchase team, train and motivate them to generate orders through the platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sales/Business Development: Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales & SCM/trading/Real-estate & Construction Product selling. Distribution and retail sales experience on top will be added advantage.
∎ Experience will be considered for the Applicant with Building & Construction material Sales experience.
∎ Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette
∎ Negotiation & Persuasions: Must be an excellent negotiator and persuader to convince decision-maker and customers
∎ Computer Literacy &Tech savvies: Excellent in Microsoft packages (OS, office applications). Tech-savvy to use and train people to use new technology-based gadgets, apps, and services.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
