Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA from reputed foreign/local public/private universities
∎ Professional Education: On-campus/Online study/certification on e-commerce, sales, digital marketing/sales, channel /partnership management and analysis/analytics will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent have to gather proper operation process of Realprice Platform (www.realprice.global).
∎ Must be target oriented & have to achieve main objectives of the business.
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
∎ Working on account management plans with the Sales account managers.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
∎ Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ Weekly & Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
∎ Visit customers, build rapport with them to understand their pain points, present value proposition/USP of our digital marketplace.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external (partners/Vendors) stakeholders to create, customize and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans, campaigns and operation to achieve monthly target.
∎ Measure customer experience and suggest improvement area in system to ensure best in class platform experience

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sales/Business Development: Must have at least 7-8 years of experience in *E-Commerce /Enterprise/Business/Corporate sales. Distribution and retail sales experience on top will be added advantage. [* Candidates having E-commerce experience will get preference and experience requirements could be relaxed for them.]
∎ Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette
∎ Negotiation & Persuasions: Must be an excellent negotiator and persuader to convince decision maker and customers
∎ Marketing & Brand Promotion: Should have engaged in marketing and brand promotion activities
∎ Leadership and People Management: Good to have leadership skills to manage sales/ business development team and able to create dynamic sales team.
∎ Computer Literacy &Tech savvies: Excellent in Microsoft packages (OS, offices applications). Tech savvy to use and train people to use new technology based gadgets, apps and services.

Salary: Negotiable
