Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure maintenance work execution of every Outlet by enlisting different vendors and local team with the approval of Dept. Head & SCM Head.
∎ Ensure maintenance work as Facade, Light, AC, IPS/ Generator, Electric work, Civil work Stand fan, Exhaust fan, Sound system, Aluminum ladder, Stock rack, Ceiling, Paint, Display/ Gondola, Glass door, Sutter, Sanitary and Others.
∎ Ensure Outlet closing and asset transfer for Outlet closing and renovation work purpose. Design and Development work.
∎ Prepare Electrical Design of any new and renovation retail Outlet with flagship Outlet after Architect Design. Inspection of electrical design by physical visit & check feasibility.
∎ Make Single Line Diagram and Load calculation with IPS or generator load after Electrical Design.
∎ Make Electrical BOQ such as SDB, MCCB, MCB, MK switch, DP switch, Track light, Spotlight, Dome light, Panel light, T5 light, T8 light, Flood light, BYA/ NYY cable, PVC/ Flexible pipe, track light channel, Exhaust Fan, Wall moving Fan, Stand Fan, Sound System, Apex 3D Logo, IPS, Split, Ceiling and Cassette Type A/C etc. as per design.
∎ Make fixed rate chart of each of Maintenance items required for Outlet. Monitoring each maintenance work at outlet level which is done locally based on rate chart.
∎ Make design of Diffuser, ducting, Indoor and Outdoor position of VRF AC. Position of Sound System also.
∎ Communicate with Light Suppliers, AC Suppliers, IPS Suppliers and Interior vendors as per purchase order.
∎ Supervise electrical work of new and renovations retail Outlets with flagship Outlet.
∎ Ensure Outlet requirement wise Generator installation and maintenance.
∎ Prepare and maintain all documentation work.
∎ Prepare SOP for Maintenance work.
∎ Ensure quality materials & quality work.
∎ Diagnose defective operation and look for troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor staffing tasks such as supervising Suppliers and Vendors Engineers, electricians, technicians.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other required software’s.
∎ Goal-oriented, organized team player.
∎ High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Strong negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience working to and exceeding targets.
