Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research.
∎ Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes.
∎ Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.
∎ Stay connect on industry trends, and best accounting and audit practices.
∎ Ensure accuracy of financial information.
∎ Follow up on audit recommendations.
∎ Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Doing day to day bill voucher audit, foreign procurement audit, Airlines all Freight forwarder bill audit.
∎ Maintain files and information in an organized manner for future reference.
∎ Identify differences between actual cost and budgetary cost of operations.
∎ Examine the effectiveness, precision and efficiency of the operations control.
∎ Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the Management.
